Good morning. I wanted to drop you a quick note and say thank you for the professional service we received when we had two home thermal windows replaced, as well as a window sash. Our home was damaged in Council Bluffs hails storm in August 2011. We had a lot of damage including two broken windows and a dented sash. I made numerous phone calls to glass companies and really wasn’t pleased with the customer service I received over the phone with other companies. One company even told me that they were not taking any more business at the time (must be nice in this down economy), and another one baulked when I said I needed a window sash. My first contact with Elkhorn Glass was pleasant and professional and that continued through the entire process including the final work of installation. The installer arrived on time and was also professional, courteous, and cleaned up after himself. Thank you for a job well done. I will certainly remember this for any future window and glass needs.
